Double Occupancy is 35 euro per person per night= 70 euro total
Single Ocupancy 50 euro per night.

All rates include breakfast. Minimum two nights stay required.

The owners, Jon and Deb Parsons:

We shall not be liable to the client for any claim exceeding that which has been paid to the owner for the hire period.

The client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel Insurance policy to cover personal belongings etc. All claims to be settled in the Court of Funchal.

By prior arrangement with yourself, we can accept payment by cash, after arrival, or bank payment before arrival.

For bookings in advance of 3 months we would normally require a non refundable deposit of 10%, balance payable after arrival.

Bank payments can be paid either direct into our U.K. bank account, Pounds Sterling, or into our bank account here, in Euro.

We also accept payments into our Paypal account. All payments are subject to the rate of exchange prevailing at the time of booking. Bank details on request.
