    Vacation Rentals Rates
     
    Additional Notes:

    $225 per night for 1 person, 3-night minimum. $1,350 per week
    $250 per night for 2 persons, 2-night minimum. $1,500 per week
    $275 per night for 3 persons, 2-night minimum. $1,650 per week
    $295 per night for 4 persons, 2-night minimum. $1,770 per week
    Cleaning Service Fee: $95 plus Security Deposit: $200 (fully refundable) 10% TOT (Tulare County travelers occupancy tax) added on nightly rate Extra Persons Beyond Four: $20.00 per night per person.
