    Vacation Rentals Rates
     
    Additional Notes:
    Very High Season: $3200 per week, $12500 monthly 7 nights minimum stay.

    High Season: $2500 per week, $10000 monthly 7 nights minimum stay.
     
    Rental Policies:
    All holiday weeks are high season rates.

    Specials/Discounts: Save $500 on all weekly reservations between May 28th - June 19th.

    Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Master Card, Certified Check, Traveler Check, Personal Check, Wire Transfer.

    Cleaning Fee: $150.

    Applicable Taxes: 13% state tax.

    Changeover day (rented by week): Saturday (high season).
