| Deposits: Security Deposit = $1000. The minimum security deposit is $1000 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. If a sheriff is called to the house, you forfeit your entire deposit. If a neighbor complains about a noise violation, your deposit will be held for 6 weeks until we determine if a fine has been issued. Rates do not include 10% transient tax of gross sales and the $250 minimum cleaning fee. This is a non-smoking home. No pets. Rates are based on 12 person occupancy maximum. All monies collected are refundable if cancelled at least 30 days prior to scheduled check-in date. The deposit will also be charged 50% whether or not collected. No deposit refund will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival, for any reason. Any damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or theft by the guest or any member of his party or invitee are the guests' responsibility and will be charged to the security deposit or credit card. |
