    Cleaning Fee ($140, non-refundable) and Security Deposit ($350, refundable) required on all rentals. 10% Truckee Transient tax.

    Jan 15 - 17 $275/night - Martin Luther King Day

    Feb 5 - 20 $275/night - Presidents Day, Ski Week

    Mar 14 - Apr 10 $275/night - Spring Break

    May 28 - 30 $250/night - Memorial Day

    Jul 2 - Jul 4 $275/night - 4th of July

    Sep 3 - Sep 5 $250/night - Labor Day

    Nov 11 - 13 $250/night - Veteranā??s Day

    Nov 19 - 27 $275/night - Thanksgiving

    Dec 17 - 25 $350/night - Christmas 3-night minimum
