    $1,695 - $1,995 / week
    $3,995 - $5,995 / month

    Maximum rates apply for holiday weekends and special events occurring in the area. Special discounts for monthly rentals. $500 deposit and is refundable 10 days after rental dates if unit is in same condition as prior to rental date. Refundable rental rates 30 days prior to rental date and NON REFUNDABLE thereafter.
     
    Rental Policies:

    Nice quiet building with panoramic view.  There is a noise ordinance with the City of San Diego and the fine is $1000. Please be considerate of neighbors. Please leave condo in same condition as was rented to you.
